There are many different reasons to record a phone call; the most prolific users of telephone call recording equipment are the thousands of different businesses in the country. However most businesses are required to audibly notify their callers at the beginning of the phone call that it is being recorded and why it is being recorded. In addition to this, many states also require them to use an audible phone beep during the conversation to remind the caller that they are being recorded.
There are two different types of phone beep generators available at DynaMetric, battery powered and AC powered depending on your particular needs. These units are designed to meet with the laws in all of the different states that require the insertion of a beep into the recorded conversation. They will generate a single beep tone every 15 seconds during the call that can be heard clearly by both callers.
The volume of the phone beep is adjustable and the beep will not only be heard by both parties, but will become a permanent part of the recording so that anyone listening to it has no doubt that both parties were kept aware of the fact that the call was being recorded in the future.
